本故事讲述江湖豪侠薛氏兄妹，薛小风和薛小花被恶霸七爷陷害，卷入掏心惨案中，为了清白讨回公道，薛师兄妹打听到七爷的位置想将其抓获，正巧碰见七爷正在作案，顺势兄妹二人救下了被害的女子，七爷为了保命将黄金七令其中的一枚交给薛小风，并告知幕后黑手就在龙坎村，而且凑齐黄金七令可以打开一密室，里面金银财宝享之不尽，不料众人被正在查案的郭文山给包围了起来，薛师兄妹趁机溜走。薛氏兄妹为了调查真相，假借警察局郭文山探长之名，带着道长前去龙坎村调查真凶，不料道长被人害死，黄金七令也浮出水面，警察局总探长段广龙得知消息带着郭文山前去破案，最终在薛氏兄妹的配合下将黄金七令背后的秘密逐一揭开，并将犯罪分子悉数抓捕归案。
