《牛头不对马嘴》剧情简介
石坞村新任驻村第一书记马晓丽赴任当天，景区负责人牛财生正因旱厕改造与村民发生冲突。马晓丽新官上任本着为民服务的精神出面试图化解冲突，却因此与牛财生结下梁子。随后在停车场改建、村内殡葬改革、猕猴桃滞销、景区门票是否收费等事情上，马晓丽与牛财生两人理念与利益更是冲突不断。身为驻村第一书记的马晓丽在一系列事件冲突中，充分发挥一名优秀党员的智慧和素养，与牛财生斗智斗勇，斡旋于牛财生、景区、村民之间，既确保了普通百姓和景区的利益，也对有着人性小缺点却本质不坏的牛财生宽容以待，最终用实际行动将牛财生感化，两人握手言和，一同为村民百姓，谋福利共发展。
