阿尔玛穆拉是南美神话中的骡妖，据说是由乱搞不伦关系的无德女人所变，她被上帝诅咒成为一只套着沉重铁链的骡子，在暴风雨夜晚的安第斯山脉徘徊，发现它的人都会被踢死。而所有它经过的地方，发生禁恋的人也会变成阿尔玛穆拉。纤细男孩尼诺由于受到恐同袭击，不得不和父母搬到乡下。当地森林据说常发生诡异事件，也有小男孩无故失踪。叛逆和好奇心让尼诺对传说产生浓厚兴趣，他期盼着能与骡妖相遇……
