护士家锐（陈奕迅 饰）和靖侬（周丽淇 饰）拍拖，其间虽有些争执却还算甜蜜。他们决定去欧洲旅游增进感情，出门那天，家锐却发现自己的车不翼而飞。二人在停车场吵了起来，靖侬一气之下提出分手，家锐也盛怒离去。意外的是，他竟然发现了车就在不远的街口处停着。 打开后尾箱，家锐吃惊的发现里面竟然有一个浑身是血的人，此人的同伴华哥（王志文 饰）用枪指着家锐，劫持他上车当司机，一路上逃脱警察的追捕，并且帮华哥的兄弟包扎疗伤。家锐多次想方设法逃跑，都无果而终。唯一的一次机会，家锐本能逃掉，却为了一个孕妇而停下。这个孕妇，想不到就是华哥的妻子（秦海璐 饰）。 靖侬在等着家锐回心转意，想不到一等就等来了坏消息，她不顾一切要救回情人。然而即使家锐一路救人，却阻止不了悲剧的上演。
